All sales are final, with one exception.
Everything sold on hwic.dev is digital and delivered the moment you pay. Because of that there are no cancellations and no refunds once a purchase has been used. The one exception is below.
The lifetime key
- The key is shown the moment you pay. By paying you ask for immediate delivery and agree that the 14-day right to cancel (EU/UK consumers) ends once it is delivered. This is what the checkbox at checkout says.
- All sales are final. A key counts as used the first time fkdr is launched with it, which sets it up on that device. A used key cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- The one exception: a key that was never used (never set up on any device) is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase. We check the key's records; a key with no device on it qualifies.
- Not refundable: a key that has been set up on a device, changing your mind, a ban or punishment on a server, a key you shared or lost, or a setup we told you was unsupported before you bought.
- If you are a consumer with statutory rights (for example under EU, UK or Australian law) that go further than this, those rights apply.
How to ask
Ask in a ticket in the fkdr Discord (discord.gg/fkdr), in the same ticket you bought the key in if it is still open, with the last four characters of the key. A refund is sent back by the same method you paid with, wherever that method allows it; how long it takes is up to that service. A refunded key is revoked. If you paid through Stripe before 20 September 2026, the refund goes back to the card through Stripe and usually shows within 5–10 business days, and we would rather you asked us than opened a dispute with your bank: a chargeback revokes the key and takes far longer than a message.
Free things
Keys from a Discord boost, the Minecraft server, the movie theatre and the Discord itself are free. There is nothing to refund and nothing owed if they change or go away.
